Oh what unhappy twist of fate,
has brought you homeless to my gate.
The gate where once another stood,
to beg for shelter, warmth and food.
For from that day I ceased to be,
the master of my destiny.
While she, with purr and velvet paw,
became within my house the law.
She scratched the furniture and did shed,
and claimed the middle of my bed.
She ruled in arrogance and with pride,
and broke my heart the day she died.
So if you really think, oh cat,
I'd be willing to relive all that.
Because you come forlorn and thin,
well don't just stand there, come on in!

*Rodeo calf roping - obviously, this calf has broken it's leg. Cruelty? I think so.*
Top 5 reasons to take you cats with you on vacation:
They will starve if left home alone.
You love having cat hair on your clothes so much, you thought you would share it with your car pool buddies for the next year, since it is impossible to remove from the car seats.
You really want to have cat litter in your soda while driving.
The dash needed a few claw marks.
So when stoped for doing 90 you can say ""I'm sorry officer, but I need to have my cat surgically removed from my leg. Where is the nearest hospital?"

*DOG TIP*
I use old bunt pans for my dog's water. I push a wooden stick through the hole in the middle of the pan into the ground to keep the pan from turning over. The pan can be lifted off for cleaning but wont tip over accidentally by the dog.
*CAT TIP*
If your cat has a tendency toward being overweight and you feed free-choice (leaving the bowl of food out all the time), it may be time to put her on a feeding
schedule so that she is not grazing all day. Most cats do well on twice a day feeding. Divide the daily recommended amount of food into two feedings, one for the morning and one for the evening. "
